Delivery Scope
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Tracked courier for all orders.
Rural delivery is available.
Please allow additional time for Rural Delivery.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday .

We aim to dispatch promptly, typically within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods (sales, holidays) dispatch may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on the way.
Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address & Delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the company name if it’s a workplace.
If no one is available at delivery, the courier will usually try again or leave collection instructions.
Once your order is with the courier, transit delays are beyond our control, but we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
